Hotel Zico, BW Signature Collection

Really liked the stay overall. The best part for me was that the walking trail is right there! The breakfast was simple but effective. 1 hot egg type option, oatmeal, bagels, croissants, fruit, yogurt. The sign said there was going to be construction but I didn't hear any as I was out all day. The bed was super comfy. But the pillows are like rocks. That was the let down for me. The building feels on the older side but it's kept pretty well and has character. Some reviews said there was an odor but I didn't experience that.

The rooms are very nice and clean. Outside view is mostly great. The sliding doors for the bathrooms were not closing well and the receptionist reaponded by changing our room to one of their older rooms, which was not very helpful as the older rooms were not as nice. But in General we loved our stay there and would go back if we are ever in mountainview.

I was happy with this hotel for the price it was offered at. My first visit a few months ago was not as positive, the check-in worker was very unpleasant and I was given a room directly off the lobby that was not clean at all. I took a chance and booked again (mostly due to this hotel being significantly cheaper than other options and had a much better experience. Very friendly worker at the front desk who even opened the gate for me after hours to park in the secured underground garage, and got an upstairs renovated room. Several of their rooms open up to a shared balcony outside. Breakfast is basic but I'm happy they at least offer something- egg wraps, oatmeal, and bread/ bagels. I loved the new espresso machine in the breakfast area that can make lattes and other hot drinks in addition to coffee. I will definitely book again if the price is right.

Lovely rooms and hotel. They have ping pong! The veranda / balcony is so beautiful. Delicious free breakfast. Very nice people. Hotel zico is a great choice.

The hotel is ok re the 3 star evaluation. The rooms are ok. There is noise coming from highway (at least where I stayed) and from the fridge in the room. The breaksfast has limited choices and fir vegetarians is very limited to tea and bread :)

Loved it ! They didn't refund my Deposit though! But all around great place :) very clean and good breakfast

Our stay was perfect! We asked for a renovated room, authentic renovation isn't 100% complete. Our room was spotless, incredibly comfortable, beautiful and the a/c & heater unit was brand new. The staff was very nice and accommodating! We were going to a show at the Shoreline Amphitheater, so the location was great. It is tricky get into the parking lot coming out of the interchange if you don't know that it is an almost immediate turn in. If you aren't paying attention, navigation will tell you to turn right, and you can end up back in the 85 loops. Other than that, it was a great experience and highly recommend, especially for the price!!!!!!

The Zico is being remodeled while we stayed for a business trip. You could park your car at the bottom of the hotel which do have cameras and an elevator or outside with a little walk away. The staff was welcoming and answered all my questions. I had a bright clean new remodeled room with a mini refrigerator and microwave that should had a nice area not stacked on top of each other. Other than the eye sore the room was nice and clean. The pillows were hard but the bed is very comfy. The location is hard to get in and right off the freeway you could miss the turn in if you're going to fast. The breakfast is more like a continental breakfast they only had one hot item which were breakfast burritos cut in three pieces. It would have been nice to have scrambled eggs, sausage or waffles but none was given. The oatmeal was good. The eating area is very updated and beautiful decor. Having such a nice eating area should have better breakfast choices. I must add it's very clean and fresh. Luckily across the street there are a lot of food choices to go to. Would I stay here again? Maybe. I hope me review helps God bless
